This is my first ever enamel pin design! The design was created originally from a lightbulb moment in my brain, to sketching in my notebook, to vectorizing in Adobe Illustrator, to manufacturing with hard enamel. From start to finish this project has been so much fun! It’s really important to me to share the message of how psychedelics can be used in minuscule amounts as a form of self-therapy.

The backer cards were designed to be SAVED. With so much packaging waste in this creative world we live in, I decided to make my backer cards extra special with my brand’s mantra on the back of each card. I suggest you save this card in your wallet or on your alter…or any space that is sacred to you and will remind you to BE YOURSELF.

“When I began eating psychedelics, namely mushrooms and LSD, I thought I had to take large doses to really feel them. With years of practice and many trips around the sun and doses of sunshine, I have learned that microdosing is actually my favorite way to receive deep insights and integrate those experiences into my way of being.

Microdosing is when you take a fraction of a standard dosage of a psychedelic. Personally, my favorite is taking a 1/4 hit or less of LSD. A standard dosage of LSD is 100 micrograms or one tab//one drop. Taking 25 micrograms or less allows the tripper to experience the change in consciousness, while still keeping one foot in the door of this “reality.” In this way, the tripper can process what they are experiencing, WHILE they are experiencing it. When taking a standard dose or more, the tripper becomes completely immersed in the experience and thus has a more challenging time making sense of it from the standpoint of their everyday way of thinking. That’s why after a big trip (standard dosage taken or more) the tripper needs to come out of the high and mentally and spiritually process all the universal information they’ve just witnessed and been an integral part of during the trip.

I advocate for people to listen to their intuition and trust themselves above all others as their own guide. You will learn and grow and expand exponentially in new ways you can not even yet fathom when you dig inside and truly listen to your own soul’s guidance. If that means taking psychedelics like it has for me all these years, then by all means go for it… but I am in no way one of those trippers who thinks it’s a good idea for every single human to experiment with psychedelics. It’s an individual journey we are on, and the only way for you to know what suits you best is to get quiet enough that you can hear your own direction.

If your inner voice tells you to take the trip, buy the ticket, take the ride.. then I highly suggest bringing a notebook along with you. I have been taking notes on my psychedelic experiences for the past few years and the things that I have written down are mind-blowingly deep and insightful to re-read, even when I am completely sober. Often especially then.” ***
